kiko blind boxes are excluded from the 100-Day Happiness Guarantee, including when purchased in a bundle.
Can I return an opened kiko blind box?
Opened kiko boxes cannot be returned or exchanged under our voluntary policy for a change of mind, design preference, duplicates, or not receiving a chase design.
Opening the outer delivery carton is fine, provided the individual blind boxes remain factory-sealed.
Faulty-product protection, warranty coverage, and applicable statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
