We do not charge a standard restocking fee for eligible returns under our published voluntary return policies.
Your item must still meet the return conditions for its product line. Opened kiko blind boxes are not eligible for voluntary returns for a change of mind, design preference, duplicates, or not receiving a chase.
Other costs may apply:
- Original premium or express shipping charges and Worry-Free Delivery Protection fees are non-refundable for voluntary returns, except where required by law.
- Return shipping depends on your product, destination, and reason for return.
- A legally permitted deduction for excessive handling under statutory cancellation rules is separate from a restocking fee.
