Eligible voluntary returns
We provide prepaid return labels for eligible cameras, camera bags, and books returned from:
- Mainland USA.
- Canada.
- The United Kingdom.
- Our EU Free Shipping & Returns Zone.
- Australia.
This includes eligible unopened kiko camera returns.
Customers are responsible for return shipping for accessories such as USB cables, lanyards, microSD cards, refill paper, and print packs, and for returns from outside our free-return regions, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Faulty products and warranty service
- kiko: We cover necessary shipping for confirmed defects and fulfillment errors under the kiko policy.
- kiimento: Our voluntary manufacturer’s warranty excludes return and replacement shipping costs unless applicable law requires us to cover them.
- Statutory remedies: Any legal requirement for free service or shipping takes precedence.
Our free-return offer also continues to apply to eligible statutory cancellations.
